- Grounding and citations where applicable. Where configured, our solutions can provide source references to underlying records to support verification.

- Customer configurations vary. AI performance depends on data quality, access permissions, evaluation thresholds, and operational settings.

- Human approval for high-impact actions. For workflows that create, send, or modify records (quotes, orders, communications), we recommend approval steps and audit logs.
